SALIENT POINTS OF THE SPEECH OF THE BJP NATIONAL PRESIDENT SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA JI AT BOOTH PRESIDENT SAMMELAN HELD AT GORAKHPUR IN UTTAR PRADESH

Under the guidance and leadership of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji has started a new chapter of growth, progress and development in Uttar Pradesh. In the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh all previous records will be broken and the Bharatiya Janata Party will register a historic win in Uttar Pradesh.

The Bharatiya Janata Party believes in democracy , but the Samajwadi Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress party believe in dynasty politics. In these three parties only leaders from one family are given priority and the right to rule. The Bharatiya Janata Party believes in cultural nationalism, but the three parties practices only dynasty politics. For us only nation come first but for them only one family is important.

The Bharatiya Janata Party believes in the politics of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’. But the three parties do the politics of appeasement and vote bank. We work for ‘Antodaya’ ensuring life of honour and dignity for the poorest of the poor, but they work for the growth and prosperity of ine single family. Samajwadi Party earlier used to take care of ‘Chacha’ (uncle ), but now they have deserted ‘Chacha’ also.

The Bharatiya Janata Party respects and honours every leader, every freedom fighter and every martyr who fought for our Independence, from Mahatma Gandhi to Sardar Patel. But what is the reason that whenever the elections come these Opposition parties start remembering Pakistan and Jinnah?

The Opposition should tell the people that even after so many years of Independence instead of remembering our great freedom fighters and national leaders who sacrificed everything for the country, these Opposition parties remember and honour such leaders who divided the country, who harbour terrorists and who dies petty and divisive politics? Such leaders will never be forgiven by our nation and its people.

The upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh is the right time to teach a lesson to such leaders who does divisive politics and create mistrust and unrest in the country. So it is the time to press the right button , as by pressing the right button will make the nation stronger and will also give a befitting reply to the so called advocates of Jinnah.

It is only the Bharatiya Janata Party where internal democracy thrives and where an ordinary party worker coming from a very humble background goes to become the Prime Minister of our country and a simple worker like me goes on to become the National President of the world’s biggest political party.

The Opposition parties have no issue left to discuss. But the Bharatiya Janata Party workers have several achievements of the Narendra Modi Government and the Yogi Adityanath Government which they need to highlight and take it to every household.

Over 116 crore Corona vaccinations have been done so far in the country, out of which the maximum number of vaccinations at 14.54 crores have been given in Uttar Pradesh, which is a record. Earlier India used to beg for vaccines, but now under our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji India is giving vaccines to nations across the world — this is what is called ‘Changing India’ a nation which has emerged Atmanirbhar and stronger.

When the Corona vaccination had just begun, leaders of some Opposition parties used to roam around spreading fake and false news about the Made In India vaccines. They used to create doubts over the quality and efficacy of our vaccines and would call it ‘Modi’s Vaccine’ and ‘BJP’s Vaccine’. Now I would like to ask these leaders — which vaccines they have taken to protect themselves from the deadly Coronavirus? It is the same vaccine which you used to call ‘Modi Vaccine’ and ‘BJP Vaccine’!

We are proud workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party whose government and the strong willpower of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and exceptional planning and execution of Honourable Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji led to abolition of the Article 370 to integrate Jammu and Kashmir with India and also ended triple talaq to liberate crores of Muslim women and gave them their rights and freedom.

We are also proud workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party whose government and our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who accomplished one of the greatest task by laying the foundation stone to start the construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

It is the Bharatiya Janata Party government and our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who increased the agriculture budget from Rs 20,000 crores to Rs 1.23 lakh crores. Similarly, under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme over 10 crores farmers have so far got around Rs 1.53 lakh crores directly into their bank accounts.

In Uttar Pradesh around 2.54 crore farmers have been benefitted from the Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme. The government is giving Rs 1200 subsidy in every bag of DAP to help small and marginal farmers.

During the Corona pandemic our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji started the Pradhanmantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojna so that no poor should sleep empty stomach and everyone should get food. Over 80 crore people across the country were given free rations and other essential items on two occasions continuously for 8 months under the Pradhanmantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojna which helped them immensely during the Corona pandemic.

During the last seven years our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji have opened 15 new AIIMS across the country. A medical college is being opened in every district of Uttar Pradesh . We are seeing a changing India and a transforming Uttar Pradesh.

The Yogi Adityanath Government in Uttar Pradesh has improved law and order situation in the state, which has led to criminals and goonda elements to leave the state. Also the criminals elements are so scared that they are forced to surrender in Uttar Pradesh.

The Narendra Modi Government and the Yogi Adityanath Government are the best examples of how progressive, development oriented and pro poor governments work.

The Bharatiya Janata Party is very lucky and privileged to have got the leadership and guidance of world’s most popular leader and a true statesman, our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, which has made the Bharatiya Janata Party has highly popular and respected party. It has also resulted in the exponential growth of the Bharatiya Janata Party. I would like to thank our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji for giving strong, decisive and resolute leadership to the country

Be it the issue of terrorism, environment or Covid management, the thoughts of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji are considered very sincerely and followed at the global arena. The manner in which our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has put India’s viewpoint and concerns and given guidance to the world at the recently concluded G-20 summit and at COP 26 meetings is highly appreciable.

It is under the leadership and guidance of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that India has crossed the target of 100 crore Corona vaccination in record 278 days. Today over 108 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far. I would like to thank and congratulate our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji from the entire Bharatiya Janata Party for conducting world’s largest and fastest vaccination programme in the country.

Earlier it used to take decades for vaccines to reach India. Getting a ‘swadeshi’ vaccine was unimaginable. But India was able to manufacture two world class ‘Made In India’ vaccines in record 9 months. This is what reflects the changing India. This is what has changed due to the farsightedness and vision of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and made India and its citizens realise their true potential.

During the Corona pandemic our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji resolved that no one will remain hungry and cared for poor and migrant labourers. To accomplish this our Honourable Prime Minister started the world’s largest food programme — Pradhanmantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojna — to provide free foodgrain to 80 crore people across the country. Last year as well as this year the Pradhanmantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojna has benefitted over 80 crore people.

Under the guidance and leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji all Indians unitedly fought a decisive battle against the Corona pandemic and was able to defeat the Coronavirus. On the other hand some Opposition parties did not spare a chance to defame our vaccination drive and derail our fight against the Corona pandemic. Some opposition parties stooped to it lowest level just to do petty politics. Despite cheap tactics of some Opposition parties the name of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji will be registered in the history books for being instrumental in manufacturing of Make In India vaccines  and getting crores of Indians getting vaccinated for free.

Now under the leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji the government has decided to launch the campaign ‘Ab Har Ghar Dastak’ under which we will reach every household across the country and mobilise people to get fully vaccinated. It is the duty of every BJP worker to make this programme highly successful.  Over 10 lakh volunteers of the Bharatiya Janata Party will assist in this programme.

During the Corona pandemic while the Opposition parties went into isolation, it were the crores of the Bharatiya Janata Party workers who did not care for their own health and safety and devoted themselves in the service of humankind, thus settings high standards of service and commitment. I sincerely thank and congratulate crores of the Bharatiya Janata Party for their devotion and dedication during the Corona pandemic.

The elections that were held after the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, the Bharatiya Janata Party performed well in every election, be it the by- elections,  the assembly elections, the local bodies elections. The Bharatiya Janata Party formed its majority government in Bihar and Assam, while we were able to form our government in Puducherry for the first time. The Bharatiya Janata Party was also able to establish itself as the principle opposition party in West Bengal.

Under the leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji the Bharatiya Janata Party has also established and attained high level of ideological standards. Under his leadership the Article 370 was abolished, the construction of grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya was started, regressive Triple Talak was abolished thus liberating Muslim women and the Citizenship Amendment Act was implemented. All this happened under the decisive and resolute leadership of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.

For the past 23 years Bru-Reang issue was left unresolved while the Bodo agitation has been hanging fire for the past 50 years. But all these issues were resolved under the leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji due to his strong commitment and decision making skills.

Though India has had several prominent farmers leaders, but the kind of work our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has done for the welfare and upliftment of our farmers in the last seven years is unprecedented and highly condemnable. Such revolutionary and life changing initiatives for our farmers were never taken in the past 70 years  in our country.

Before 2014 India’s agriculture budget used to be just Rs 23,000 crores which have now gone up to Rs 1,23,000 crores under the leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. Under the path breaking initiative of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna Rs 1.55 crores have so far been directly transferred into the bank accounts of over 10 crore farmers across the country.

This time record purchase of foodgrains have been purchased under the Minimum Support Price mechanism across the country due to the intervention of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. In 2016-17 foodgrains worth Rs 35,000 crores were purchased benefitting around 20 lakh farmers, but this year foodgrains worth over Rs 85,000 crores were purchased which benefitted over 39 lakh farmers across the country. This is the true pro farmers face of the Narendra Modi Government.

In true terms if someone has done work to establish Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar ji on the global platform it is our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who has developed ‘Panch Tirth’ and taken his teachings and principles to the masses in the country and across the world.

For the first time our National Education Policy which was implemented by the Narendra Modi Government truly reflects India’s ethos, culture and tradition and history. Now Indian students can get education in their native language.

Beti Bachao Beti Padao, Sukanya Samridhi Yojna, Matr Vandana Yojna, Swachh Bharat Yojna, Ujjawala Yojna, Mudra Yojna are some of the schemes implemented by the Narendra Modi Government to enable and facilitate women empowerment. From the Ujjawala Yojna over 9 crore women were liberated from the smoke of fire stove, thus making their lives easier and comfortable.

Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has done tremendous work for the Sikh community. It is due to the commitment and pledge of our Honourable Prime Minister that the FCRA registration grant for Shri Shri Harminder Sahib was done and foreign grant have now started to come. This work was done in the government of Shri Narendra Modi ji despite the fact that several Sikh leaders came to power but could not do this.

Earlier even the ‘langars’ used to be taxed, and the work to make this tax free was done by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji was instrumental in getting the Kartarpur Sahib corridor developed and our Sikh brothers were able to easily visit the holy shrines of Dera Nanak Sahib and Kartarpur Sahib. The 350th ‘Prakash Parv’  of Guru Govind Singh ji was celebrated with grandeur and gaity across the country.

It is due to the firmness of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that 314 names have been removed from the blacklist. The Congress party government was not able to give justice to the families of our Sikh brothers and sisters who were massacred in 1984 riots. Our Honourable Prime Minister has formed SIT and have resolved to punish all guilty and provide justice to the affected families.

In West Bengal the manner in which state government sponsored violence and atrocities were unleashed on the Bharatiya Janata Party workers and innocent people, women were raped, properties were looted and vandalised, innocent people were killed and tortured, it is highly condemnable and preposterous. The Bharatiya Janata Party strongly condemns it. From the stage of the Bharatiya Janata Party National Executive meeting I would like to make it very clear that we will not remain silent and we will keep on fighting in a democratic manner to save our constitutional rights and give relief to the people and restore their honour and dignity. We will certainly form the Bharatiya Janata Party government in West Bengal.

Wherever the Bharatiya Janata Party is not in power we will try to form our governments . We are highly committed to form the Bharatiya Janata Party government in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and West Bengal.

The manner in which the Mahaagadi government is involved in massive corruption and illegal collection, the Bharatiya Janata Party is committed to uproot the  government and give relief to the people of Maharashtra. In Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh communal tensions, Naxalism and corruption is at its zenith. We will expose these corrupt Government and form poor and people friendly Bharatiya Janata Party government in these states.

In Rajasthan cases of atrocities against women is growing very rapidly. Similarly cases of Dalit atrocities are also growing very fast. But the Congress party government in Rajasthan is least bothered. The Bharatiya Janata Party is highly committed to democratically fight for the rights and welfare of the people of Rajasthan. We are also committed to form the government in Rajasthan.

It is a matter of great satisfaction and appreciation for us that the work of formation of booth committees in 8 lakh booths. All the booths where the formation of booth committees have not been completed it will be done very soon.

Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji’s highly popular ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme was very well received and appreciated at all booth level. I would appeal to all booth committees that they should regularly organise the viewing of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programmes at their respective booths and ensure attendance of important and prominent personalities and make it a highly popular programme among the masses.

देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की रचना श्रद्धेय श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी जी ने की थी और इसे संवारने का काम यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी कर रहे हैं। उत्तराखंड का सर्वांगीण विकास हमारी जिम्मेवारी है और हम आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में इसके लिए समर्पित भाव से कटिबद्ध हैं।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने हमारे तीनों मुख्यमंत्रियों को साथ लेकर उत्तराखंड में विकास का नया मार्ग बनाया है और इसके बल पर आज उत्तराखंड विकास के रास्ते पर तीव्र गति से अग्रसर है।

मुझे ये समझ नहीं आता कि जब-जब आपदा आती है तो कांग्रेस जनता को छोड़ कर गायब कहाँ हो जाती है! उत्तराखंड की जनता ने कांग्रेस का विश्वासघात बार-बार देखा है। कांग्रेस ने हमेशा सत्ता सुख भोगा है, आपदाओं के वक्त ‘सेवा भाव’ के साथ यदि किसी ने काम किया है तो वह भारतीय जनता पार्टी और उसके कार्यकर्ता हैं।

मैं कांग्रेस के नेताओं से पूछना चाहता हूँ कि जब उत्तराखंड पिछले दो वर्ष से बाढ़, भूस्खलन और कोरोना की त्रासदी से जूझ रहा था तो आप कहाँ थे, इसका जवाब उत्तराखंड की जनता को दीजिये।

उत्तराखंड की जनता आज भी भूली नहीं है कि किस तरह कांग्रेस की सरकार में प्रदेश के युवाओं पर गोली चलाई गई थी। उत्तराखंड के युवाओं पर गोली चलाने वालों को देवभूमि की जनता कभी माफ नहीं करेगी। यह भारतीय जनता पार्टी थी जो उत्तराखंड के युवाओं की इस मांग के साथ डट कर खड़ी रही।

कांग्रेस पार्टी घपलों-घोटालों और भ्रष्टाचार की बनी हुई है। कांग्रेस पार्टी भ्रष्टाचार, घोटाले का पर्याय बनी हुई है। तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति करने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी देवभूमि का विकास नहीं कर सकती है।

कांग्रेस किसी भी राज्य में कल्याण का कार्य नहीं कर सकती, ना वो गरीबों का सोच सकती है और न अच्छे प्रशासन का सोच सकती है। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में गरीब कल्याण नीतियां, उसका क्रियान्वयन और सुशासान केवल भारतीय जनता पार्टी ही दे सकती है।

कांग्रेस की सोनिया-मनमोहन सरकार ने यूपीए सरकार के 10 वर्षों में उत्तराखंड को विकास के लिए कितनी सहायता दी, इसका हिसाब कांग्रेस को देना चाहिए। शराब घोटाले करने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी को देवभूमि की जनता को अपने कार्यकाल का हिसाब देना चाहिए।

सहकारी आंदोलन को पिछली सरकारों ने क्षीण कर दिया लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने आज़ादी के अमृत महोत्सव वर्ष में एक नया सहकारिता मंत्रालय बनाकर सहकारिता से जुड़े हुए देश के करोड़ों किसानों, महिलाओं, श्रमिकों, मछुआरों आदि के कल्याण के लिए बहुत बड़ा काम किया है।

वर्ष 2013 में आई भीषण बाढ़ में केदारनाथ मंदिर क्षत-विक्षत हो गया था। साथ ही आदि शंकराचार्य की समाधी भी तिग्रस्त हो गई थी। ये सारा पुनर्निमाण कार्य स्वयं मानने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी की निगरानी और निर्देशन में हुआ है। वे लगतार इसकी निगरानी भी करते रहे हैं।

आगामी 5 नवंबर को प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी केदारनाथ धाम आयेंगे, केदारनाथ मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना करेंगे और उसके बाद आदि शंकराचार्य की समाधि का उद्घाटन करेंगे और उनकी मूर्ति का लोकार्पण करेंगे।

आज उत्तराखंड में तीन कार्यक्रमों की शुरूआत एक साथ हुई है। पहला, उत्तराखंड की सभी पैक्स का कम्प्यूटरीकरण का काम, दूसरा मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना का शुभारंभ और तीसरा, कोऑपरेटिव ट्रेनिंग सेंटर का उद्घाटन। ये उत्तराखंड में विकास को एक नई गति देंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत 30 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी पर दो रूपए किलो की दर से पशु आहार दिया जाएगा और इसके कारण माताएं-बहनें कई सारी आपदाओं से बचेंगी। साथ ही, मक्के (मुंगरी) की खेती को बढ़ावा देकर वैज्ञानिक तरीक़े से पौष्टिक पशु आहार बनाने की योजना बनी है जिसका फ़ायदा लगभग एक लाख किसानों तक पहुंचेगा।

हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी अत्यंत गरीब घर से आते हैं, उन्होंने गरीबी को जिया है, गरीबी का करीब से अनुभव किया है, इसलिए वे उनका दर्द समझते हैं और इसलिए उनकी हर योजना के केंद्र में देश के गाँव, गरीब और किसान ही हैं।

2017 के विधान सभा चुनाव के समय उत्तराखंड के लिए जो हमने घोषणापत्र जारी किया था, उसमें से लगभग 85% से अधिक वादे पूरा हो चुके हैं। जिन राज्यों में शत-प्रतिशत टीकाकरण सबसे पहले हुआ उनमें उत्तराखंड की वीरभूमि, देवभूमि भी शामिल है।

हाल ही में जब प्राकृतिक आपदा आई तो भाजपा की पुष्कर सिंह धामी सरकार ने व्यापक राहत-बचाव कार्य चलाया। इस आपदा में एक भी यात्री की जान नहीं गई। जब मैंने यहाँ आकार रिव्यू बैठक की तो पता चला कि ज्यादातर काम हो शुरु हो चुके थे। जहां इस प्रकार की जागरुक सरकार होती है वहां विकास स्वत: ही होता है।

देश की सुरक्षा करने के लिए उत्तराखंड के जवानों ने हमेशा अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया है। यह भूमि वीरों की भूमि है पर 70 साल तक राज करने वाली कांग्रेस सरकार ने इस पर बात ही नहीं की। ये हमारे प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी थे जिन्होंने इसे लागू कर लाखों जवानों को उनका अधिकार दिया।

भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता और केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री श्री अमित शाह ने आज देहरादून में घस्यारी कल्याण योजना का शुभारंभ किया और उत्तराखंड में डबल इंजन की सरकार में हो रहे विकास कार्यों की विस्तार से चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखंड की जनता ने एक बार पुनः पूर्ण बहुमत की भारतीय जनता पार्टी सरकार बनाने का निर्णय ले लिया है। उन्होंने इसके साथ ही, राज्य की 670 बहुद्देश्यीय सहकारी समितियों के कंप्यूटराइजेशन सिस्टम के साथ-साथ कोऑपरेटिव ट्रेनिंग सेंटर का भी उद्घाटन किया। इस जन सभा में उत्तराखंड में मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी, प्रदेश भाजपा सरकार के मंत्रीगण, लोक सभा एवं राज्य सभा सांसद सहित कई गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे। इस कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में महिलायें भी उपस्थित रहीं।

केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि आज यहां तीन कार्यक्रमों की शुरूआत एक साथ हुई है। पहला, उत्तराखंड की सभी पैक्स का कम्प्यूटरीकरण का काम, दूसरा मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना का शुभारंभ और तीसरा, कोऑपरेटिव ट्रेनिंग सेंटर का उद्घाटन। हम सब जानते हैं कि उत्तराखंड में पहाड़ों में विपरीत मौसम में पशुओं के लिए चारा पहुंचाने में हमारी माताओं और बहनों को बहुत दिक़्क़त होती है। यहां लगभग लगभग 2,000 किसान लगभग 1,000 एकड़ भूमि पर मक्के की खेती करेंगे। इससे वैज्ञानिक तरीक़े से पौष्टिक पशु आहार बनाने की योजना बनी है जिसका फ़ायदा लगभग एक लाख किसानों तक पहुंचेगा। मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत 30 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी पर दो रूपए किलो की दर से पशु आहार दिया जाएगा और इसके कारण माताएं-बहनें कई सारी आपदाओं से बचेंगी।

श्री शाह ने कहा कि कम्प्यूटराइज़ेशन होने से पैक्स के सदस्यों को कभी घपले या घोटाले का सामना नहीं करना पड़ता।इससे ज़िला बैंकों के साथ, ज़िला बैंकों का राज्य सहकारी बैंकों के साथ और राज्य सहकारी बैंकों का नाबार्ड के साथ सीधा जुड़ाव होता है और किसानों की सभी योजनाएं पैक्स के माध्यम से किसानों तक सीधे पहुंचती हैं। देश में बहुत कम राज्य अभी तक इस काम को पूरा कर सके हैं। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारत सरकार एक कार्ययोजना बना रही है जिसके अंतर्गत देशभर के सभी पैक्स को कम्प्यूटराइज्ड करके उन्हें ज़िला बैंक, राज्य सहकारी बैंक और नाबार्ड के साथ जोड़ने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि कोऑपरेटिव ट्रेनिंग सेंटर आज के समय में बहुत ही जरूरी है। सहकारिता को प्रशिक्षण के बिना बढ़ावा नहीं दिया जा सकता। सहकारी आंदोलन को पिछली सरकारों ने क्षीण कर दिया लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने आज़ादी के अमृत वर्ष में एक नया सहकारिता मंत्रालय बनाकर सहकारिता से जुड़े हुए देश के करोड़ों किसानों, महिलाओं, श्रमिकों, मछुआरों आदि के कल्याण के लिए बहुत बड़ा काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस और उसके सहयोग से चलने वाली सरकारों को आज तक याद नहीं आया कि अगर सहकारिता आंदोलन मूर्त रूप नहीं लेता है तो छोटे-मंझले किसानों, मछुआरों, माताओं-बहनों, पशुपालन में लगे भाईयों का क्या होगा लेकिन आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने सहकारिता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई कदम उठाये। उन्होंने अलग से सहकारिता मंत्रालय का गठन किया, सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप्स को बढ़ावा दिया और पशुपालन, मधुमक्खी पालन, मत्स्य पालन के साथ-साथ ब्लू रिवोल्यूशन के क्षेत्र में में भी अभिनव क्रांति का सूत्रपात किया। हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी अत्यंत गरीब घर से आते हैं, उन्होंने गरीबी को जिया है, गरीबी का करीब से अनुभव किया है, इसलिए वे गरीबों का दर्द समझते हैं और उसको ध्यान में रख कर कल्याणकारी नीतियां बनाते हैं।

कांग्रेस पर हमला करते हुए श्री शाह ने कहा कि मैं कांग्रेस के नेताओं से पूछना चाहता हूँ कि जब उत्तराखंड पिछले दो वर्ष से बाढ़, भूस्खलन और कोरोना की त्रासदी से जूझ रहा था तो आप कहाँ थे, इसका जवाब उत्तराखंड की जनता को दीजिये। आपदा के समय तो आप प्रदेश की जनता के साथ खड़े नहीं हुए लेकिन चुनाव आते ही धरना-प्रदर्शन और प्रेस कांफ्रेंस शुरू कर देते हैं। कांग्रेस पार्टी घपलों-घोटालों और भ्रष्टाचार की बनी हुई है। कांग्रेस पार्टी भ्रष्टाचार, घोटाले का पर्याय बनी हुई है। तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति करने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी देवभूमि का विकास नहीं कर सकती है। कांग्रेस किसी भी राज्य में कल्याण का कार्य नहीं कर सकती, ना वो गरीबों का सोच सकती है और न अच्छे प्रशासन का सोच सकती है। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में गरीब कल्याण नीतियां, उसका क्रियान्वयन और सुशासान केवल भारतीय जनता पार्टी ही दे सकती है।

वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता ने कहा कि 2017 के विधान सभा चुनाव के समय उत्तराखंड के लिए जो हमने घोषणापत्र जारी किया था, उसमें से लगभग 85% से अधिक वादे पूरा हो चुके हैं। कांग्रेस सत्ता हथियाकर उसका उपभोग करने वाली पार्टी है, वादे कर जनता के साथ विश्वासघात करने वाली पार्टी है और लोक कल्याण के खिलाफ काम करने वाली पार्टी है। तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति करने वाले कभी भी देवभूमि का विकास नहीं कर सकते। ये कांग्रेस का कुशासन था, जिसके खिलाफ 2017 में आक्रोशित जनता ने भाजपा की प्रचंड बहुमत की सरकार चुनी। हमारी सरकार आते ही उत्तराखंड में विकास की बयार चली। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने हमारे तीनों मुख्यमंत्रियों को साथ लेकर उत्तराखंड में विकास का नया मार्ग बनाया है और इसके बल पर आज उत्तराखंड विकास के रास्ते पर तीव्र गति से अग्रसर है।

श्री शाह ने कहा कि कोरोना के समय प्रदेश की सरकार और पार्टी संगठन ने मिलकर मानवता की सेवा अद्भुत कार्य किया है। जिन राज्यों में शत-प्रतिशत टीकाकरण सबसे पहले हुआ उनमें उत्तराखंड की वीरभूमि, देवभूमि भी शामिल है। हर जिले में ऑक्सीजन प्लांट्स लगाए जा रहे हैं, नए अस्पताल खोले गए, कोविड बेड्स व ऑक्सीजन बेड्स की व्यवस्था की गई। हालांकि कोरोना की तीसरी लहर नहीं आई लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने सारी तैयारियां करके रखी थी। हाल ही में जब प्रदेश में प्राकृतिक आपदा आई तो केंद्र सरकार के साथ कंधे से कंधे मिला कर काम करते हुए पुष्कर सिंह धामी जी ने राहत-बचाव कार्य किया। इस आपदा में एक भी यात्री की जान नहीं गई। दूसरे दिन ही रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरू हो गया जब मैंने यहाँ आकार रिव्यू बैठक की तो पता चला कि ज्यादातर काम हो शुरु हो चुके थे। मैंने जहां-जहां हवाई निरीक्षण उन स्थानों की समस्याओं और कहाँ-कहाँ सुधार करने हैं उसके बारे में राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री, चीफ सेक्रेट्री और डीजीपी की पूरी जानकारी थी। जहां इस प्रकार की जागरुक सरकार होती है वहां विकास स्वत: ही होता है।

केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि गंगाजल के वितरण के लिए सहकारिता के माध्यम से एक नया काम शुरू हुआ है। इससे देशभर के मां गंगा में श्रद्धा रखने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को घर बैठे गंगाजल मिलेगा और उनके मोक्ष का रास्ता भी खुलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2013 में आई भीषण बाढ़ में केदारनाथ मंदिर क्षत-विक्षत हो गया था। साथ ही आदि शंकराचार्य की समाधी भी तिग्रस्त हो गई थी। ये सारा पुनर्निमाण कार्य स्वयं मानने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी की निगरानी और निर्देशन में हुआ है। वे लगतार इसकी निगरानी भी करते रहे हैं। आने वाली 5 तारीख को माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी केदारनाथ धाम आयेंगे, केदारनाथ मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना करेंगे और उसके बाद आदि शंकराचार्य की समाधि का उद्घाटन करेंगे और उनकी मूर्ति का लोकार्पण करेंगे। इससे हमने देशभर के शिवालयों को जोड़ा है। बद्रीनाथ का काम शुरू हो गया, केदारनाथ का पुनर्निर्माण संपूर्णता की ओर है और चारधाम के लिए 11,680 करोड़ रुपए के खर्चे से 890 किलोमीटर की सभी मौसम में चलने वाली चार लेन सड़क का काम भी पूरा होने वाला है। बद्रीविशाल और केदारधाम उत्तराखंड ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे भारत का गौरव है इसका पुनर्निर्माण होना ही चाहिए था। अमृतसर-कोलकाता औद्योगिक गलियारे के लिए 20,000 करोड का निवेश, ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग 125 किलोमीटर की नई रेल लाइन में 24,659 करोड, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के नगीना-काशीपुर को चार लेन का बनाने के लिए 2,500 करोड़, नेशनल हाईवे 74 के लिए 757 करोड रुपए, विष्णुगढ़-पीपलकोटी जलविद्युत परियोजना पर 3,860 करोड़, तपोवन-विष्णुगढ़ जलविद्युत परियोजना पर 5,867 करोड़ और टिहरी पम्प स्टोरेज प्लांट पर 4,825 करोड़ रुपए सहित विगत 5 वर्ष में इस छोटे से राज्य में माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में लगभग 85 हजार करोड़ रुपए का निवेश हुआ है।

वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता ने कहा कि कांग्रेस की सोनिया-मनमोहन सरकार ने यूपीए सरकार के 10 वर्षों में उत्तराखंड को विकास के लिए कितनी सहायता दी, इसका हिसाब कांग्रेस को देना चाहिए। शराब घोटाले करने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी को देवभूमि की जनता को अपने कार्यकाल का हिसाब देना चाहिए। श्रद्धेय अटल जी ने उत्तराखंड को बनाया है, इसका विकास करना हमारा नैतिक दायित्व है। उत्तराखंड की गरीब माताओं के घर में आज तक गैस नहीं जाती थी, बिजली और शौचालय नहीं थे, ये सभी कार्य श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने किये हैं। उत्तराखंड के हर घर को 5 लाख रुपए का हेल्थ कार्ड देने का काम किया गया और इस दुर्गम राज्य के हर घर में नल से जल देने का भी हमारा संकल्प है। 2022 तक हर घर में नल से शुद्ध पीने का जल पहुंचेगा और माताओं बहनों को शुद्ध पीने का पानी उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। आजादी के 70 साल तक गरीबों को बैंक अकाउंट नहीं मिल पाया था लेकिन पिछले 7 साले में लगभग 43 करोड़ बैंक अकाउंट खोले गए जो अपने आप में एक रिकॉर्ड है।

श्री शाह ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में ऐसा कोई घर नहीं है जहां से सेना या केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल में जवान न हो। देश की सुरक्षा करने के लिए उत्तराखंड के जवानों ने हमेशा अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया है। यह भूमि वीरों की भूमि है पर 70 साल तक राज करने वाली कांग्रेस सरकार ने इस पर बात ही नहीं की। जब उत्तराखंड की जनता ने श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी को प्रधानमंत्री बनाया तो उन्‍होंने एक ही झटके में वन रैंक वन पेंशन को लागू कर लाखों जवानों को उनका अधिकार दिया।

पिछले साढे चार सालों में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की डबल इंजन की सरकार में मणिपुर में विकास और सकारात्मक बदलाव की संस्कृति आयी है जिसके केंद्र में गांव, गरीब, किसान, युवा एवं महिलाएं हैं।

विध्वंस, अराजकता, बाधाओं और बंद की राजनीति ने मणिपुर में विकास को अवरूद्ध कर दिया था। विकास की राजनीति से किसी भी राज्य सरकार का कोई लेना देना नहीं था। भाजपा ने मणिपुर को विध्वंस से विकास की राजनीति के पथ पर गतिशील किया है।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में मणिपुर में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार ने विकास के साथ साथ सद्भाव, सौहार्द्र और सामंजस्य की संस्कृति विकसित की है।

स्वच्छ भारत अभियान से जहां देश में स्वच्छता के संस्कार की प्रतिष्ठा हुई, वहीं पर शौचालयों के निर्माण से महिलाओं को सम्मान के साथ जीने का अधिकार मिला।

जन-धन योजना से जहां गरीबों को देश के अर्थ तंत्र की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ा गया, वहीं आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान और वोकल फॉर लोकल से विकास की नई राह बनी जो संकट को चुनौतियों के रूप में लेते हुए देश को विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर करने की अमर कहानी है।

गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत 9 महीनों तक मार्च से लेकर नवंबर तक देश के 80 करोड़ लोगों के लिए मुफ्त अनाज का प्रबंध किया गया। इस वर्ष भी गरीब कल्याण योजना मार्च से लेकर नवंबर तक चलाई जा रही है। यह अपने आप में जनसेवा का एक नया आयाम है।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में जन कल्याण की राशि सीधे गरीबों के खाते में जाती है। किसान सम्मान निधि के तहत अब तक 10 करोड़ से अधिक किसानों को 9 किस्तों में डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की सहायता राशि दी जा चुकी है।

उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत मणिपुर में 1.56 लाख गैस कनेक्शन दिए गए, सौभाग्य योजना से राज्य के लगभग एक लाख घरों में बिजली पहुँची और उजाला योजना के तहत प्रदेश में तीन लाख एलईडी बल्ब का वितरण हुआ

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में आज मणिपुर स्पोर्ट्स का एक नया डेस्टिनेशन बन चुका है।

श्री नड्डा ने कहा कि कोविड के संक्रमण काल के दौरान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में 130 करोड़ देशवासियों ने जिस तरह उनके आह्वान को एक साथ मिलकर सफल बनाया और देश को कोरोना के प्रकोप से उबरने में अपना योगदान दिया, इसने देश में सहभागिता से समस्याओं के समाधान की दिशा में एक नया अध्याय लिखा है। कोरोना काल में जन-जन की भलाई के लिए माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने अनेक योजनाओं की शुरुआत की ताकि गरीब जनता को किसी भी दिक्कत का सामना ना करना पड़े। गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत 9 महीनों तक मार्च से लेकर नवंबर तक देश के 80 करोड़ लोगों के लिए मुफ्त अनाज का प्रबंध किया गया। इस वर्ष भी गरीब कल्याण योजना मार्च से लेकर नवंबर तक चलाई जा रही है। यह अपने आप में जनसेवा का एक नया आयाम है। 20 करोड़ महिलाओं के जन धन खाते में कोरोना काल में ₹500 की तीन किस्तों के रूप में पंद्रह ₹1,500 की आर्थिक सहायता दी गई। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने गरीब कल्याण रोजगार योजना से प्रवासी मजदूरों को अपने ही गृह जिले में रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया। आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान से देश को चुनौतियों से निपटने की राह मिली।

माननीय राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में जन कल्याण की राशि सीधे गरीबों के खाते में जाती है। किसानों की भलाई के लिए माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने कई योजनाएं शुरू की हैं। किसान सम्मान निधि के तहत अब तक 10 करोड़ से अधिक किसानों को 9 किस्तों में डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की सहायता राशि दी जा चुकी है। साथ ही, एग्रीकल्चरल इंस्ट्रक्चर के लिए एक लाख करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन किया गया है। 60 साल से अधिक उम्र के लघु और सीमांत किसानों के लिए ₹3000 की मासिक पेंशन की व्यवस्था की गई है। प्रति बोरी डीएपी पर ₹1,200 की सब्सिडी दी जा रही है।

श्री नड्डा ने कहा कि उज्ज्वला योजना मातृशक्ति सशक्तिकरण का सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण बन गया है। उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत मणिपुर में 1.56 लाख गैस कनेक्शन दिए गए, सौभाग्य योजना से राज्य के लगभग एक लाख घरों में बिजली पहुँची और उजाला योजना के तहत प्रदेश में तीन लाख एलईडी बल्ब का वितरण हुआ जिससे लगभग 16 करोड़ रुपये के बिजली बिल की बचत हुई। कोरोना के समय गरीब कल्याण रोजगार योजना के तहत मणिपुर की लगभग 10 लाख महिलाओं के एकाउंट में केंद्र सरकार की ओर पांच-पांच सौ रुपये की तीन किस्तें, अर्थात् 1,500 रुपये दिए गए। आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत मणिपुर के लगभग 11,000 नागरिक लाभ उठा चुके हैं जिस पर लगभग 18 करोड़ रुपये खर्च हुए हैं। किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत मणिपुर के लगभग तीन लाख किसान लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं।

श्री नड्डा ने कहा कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में मणिपुर के पहाड़ियों और घाटी में विकास के अंतर को पाटा गया है। इनर लाइन परमिट प्रोग्राम के तहत संस्कृति को सहेजने और परिसंपत्तियों की सुरक्षा की पहल की गई है। इनोवेटिव स्कीम लाने में मणिपुर का पहला स्थान है। घरों में जल आपूर्ति 3 प्रतिशत से बढकर 36 प्रतिशत हो गयी है। सिंचाई की सुविधाा दोगुनी की गयी है। राज्य में अपराध दर में भी भारी गिरावट आई है।

माननीय राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में जन कल्याण की राशि सीधे गरीबों के खाते में जाती है। किसानों की भलाई के लिए माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने कई योजनाएं शुरू की हैं। किसान सम्मान निधि के तहत अब तक 10 करोड़ से अधिक किसानों को 9 किस्तों में डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की सहायता राशि दी जा चुकी है। साथ ही, एग्रीकल्चरल इंस्ट्रक्चर के लिए एक लाख करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन किया गया है। 60 साल से अधिक उम्र के लघु और सीमांत किसानों के लिए ₹3000 की मासिक पेंशन की व्यवस्था की गई है। प्रति बोरी डीएपी पर ₹1,200 की सब्सिडी दी जा रही है।

Under the Stand-Up Yojna around 1 lakh women have got Rs 21,000 to start their own enterprise.

Under the Jan Dhan Yojna so far over 43 crore bank accounts have been opened across the country out of which 23 crore are of women.  During the Corona pandemic the Narendra Modi government gave three instalments of Rs 500 each or Rs 1500 to all Mahila Jan Dhan account holders across the country.

During the Corona pandemic not a single women was there in the country who could not feed her children during the difficult time, as the Narendra Modi government made arrangements and distributed free rations to over 80 crore people across the country. They have succeeded in taking all government welfare programmes to the Scheduled Caste people, thus uplifting and improving their lives. Currently in the Narendra Modi government there are 45 Lok Sabha MPs from Scheduled Caste, 12 Ministers and 3 Governors from the Scheduled Caste.

• The Social Justice and Empowerment Ministry has got Rs 10517 crore in this year’s annual budget, which is 28% higher than the previous year. Similarly, the amount being spent on the welfare of the Scheduled Caste has seen an impressive increase of 51.65% for which the entire country and the Bharatiya Janata Party would like to thank and congratulate our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.

• Jan Dhan Yojna, Swachh Bharat Yojna, Ujala Yojna, Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna, Ujjawala Yojna, Ayushman Bharat Yojna, Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna, Mudra Yojna, Antodaya Yojna are some of the schemes of the Narendra Modi government which has benefited the Scheduled Caste community and poor and backward classes the most.

• The development of Panchtirth and Samrasta Diwas celebrations were decisions taken by the Narendra Modi government. The 125th Anniversary celebrations of Baba Saheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar was celebrated across the country on the initiative of the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji  where coins of Rs.125 and Rs.10 were unveiled in the honour of the great leader.

• Baba Saheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar ji wanted Dalits who were left behind in Pakistan during the Partition should come to India. But it pains me to say that the Congress party government then did nothing to ensure proper rehabilitation of the Dalits who came to India. It is the Narendra Modi government which has done the most for the upliftment and welfare of the Scheduled Caste community.

• For the first time Venture Capital Fund has been created for the Dalit youth so that they can start their start-ups and become entrepreneurs. For the first time the public sector undertakings have been told to buy 4% of their goods from the entrepreneurs of SC and ST, for which a strong policy was also made.

• Students of SC and OBC categories can avail the benefits of free coaching. The Narendra Modi government increased the income slabs criteria. Similarly, the norms of annual income were also relaxed so that maximum students of SC community can avail the benefits of various scholarships schemes.

• The Narendra Modi ji has also increased the scholarship amount of students of SC community who have passed tenth standard to Rs 59000 crore. For the education of SC students a provision of Rs 35000 crores has been made for the period of 2020 to 2025 In the tribal areas new Eklavya schools are being opened.

• Under the Prime Minister Adarsh Gram Yojna, villages having more than 50 per cent Dalit population development works in these villages is being done on priority basis. By 2024-25 over 27000 Dalit majority villages will see complete transformation.

• Atmanirbhar Bharat Scheme arrangements have been made of Rs.5000 crore to benefit 50 lakh street vendors and the maximum benefit of it has been taken by the SC community.

Under the Jan Dhan Yojna so far over 43 crore bank accounts have been opened across the country out of which 23 crore are of women.  During the Corona pandemic the Narendra Modi government gave three instalments of Rs 500 each or Rs 1500 to all Mahila Jan Dhan account holders across the country.

During the Corona pandemic not a single women was there in the country who could not feed her children during the difficult time, as the Narendra Modi government made arrangements and distributed free rations to over 80 crore people across the country. • There was a time when it was difficult to chant Jai Shri Ram in Uttar Pradesh. The Lord Ram ‘sewaks’ were used to be fired upon. The Congress party even refused to recognise the existence of Lord Ram. Nowadays the Samajwadi Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress party are doing the politics of convenience in the name of Lord Ram.

• Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has set the target of making India a 5 trillion dollar economy while Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath has decided to make Uttar Pradesh a 1 trillion dollar economy.  The Bharatiya Janata Party will achieve these goals with the blessings of the people of the country and Uttar Pradesh.

• The Yogi Adityanath government has presented the biggest state Budget in the history of Uttar Pradesh . Before the Bharatiya Janata Party government the contribution of Uttar Pradesh to India’s national GDP was Rs. 10.90 lakh crores, while under the Yogi Adityanath government it has more than doubled and reached Rs. 21.73 lakh crores.

• Uttar Pradesh has today become the second state in the country in the Ease of Doing Business rankings, which was way below the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party governments in the state. Today the Per Capita Income in Uttar Pradesh is Rs. 94,495 while earlier was just Rs. 47,116.

• Uttar Pradesh has written new chapters in the field of employment generation under the Yogi Adityanath government. In the last four and a half years, over 4.52 lakh youth have been given government jobs in Uttar Pradesh, while around 3 lakh youth have got employment under various contracts. Similarly over 2 crore youths have got employment in various MSME units spread across Uttar Pradesh.

• In Uttar Pradesh inter-state expressways are being constructed which include Purvanchal Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway and Ganga Expressway. Similarly three international airports and 29 other airports are also coming up in Uttar Pradesh soon. This will not only generate employment but also bring investments and industries in Uttar Pradesh.

• In Uttar Pradesh two new AIIMS have started functioning in Rae Bareli and Gorakhpur. Another 30 new medical colleges have been constructed in the state. By next year the number of medical colleges will go up to 47, which will be highest in any state in the country. Similarly massive additions have been done in MBBS seats in Uttar Pradesh.

• The Narendra Modi government at the Centre has done a massive increase in the health budget to improve and strengthen the health infrastructure of the country. The health budget has been increased from Rs. 94,452 crores to Rs. 2.23 lakh crores.

• India has achieved the record of administering 70 crore Corona vaccines in a very short period, which is way ahead compared to countries like the USA and many other countries. In the past 15-20 days India has been successful in vaccinating more than 1 crore people on a single day on at least three days. Our government will definitely achieve the target of vaccinating 100 per cent of the population by the end of December 2021.

• Honourable Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji has taken care of children who have been orphaned during the Corona pandemic by giving them a monthly stipend of Rs. 4000 to take care of all their needs including living and education expenses. I heartily congratulate and thank Shri Yogi Adityanath ji for this very important initiative.

• Under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna the Narendra Modi government has so far disbursed over Rs. 1.5 lakh crores directly into the account of over 10 crore farmers across the country. In Uttar Pradesh over 2.54 crore farmers have been benefited by the various pro-farmer policies and programmes of the Narendra Modi government and we thank the Yogi Adityanath government for making this happen.

• A subsidy of Rs.1200 per sack is being given on DAP by the Narendra Modi government. The Narendra Modi government is giving the highest MSP on Rabi and Kharif crops. On September 08 itself, the MSP per quintal was increased from Rs.40 to Rs.400 on Rabi crops.

• Farmers are the creators of fortune for us, whatever is necessary for their well-being; we are doing and will continue to do so. The agriculture budget of the country was only Rs.1.21 lakh crore before the Shri Narendra Modi government came at the Centre, which has now been increased to about Rs. 2.11 lakh crore.

• Under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji Uttar Pradesh is ahead in 44 development schemes being implemented across the states. It is a matter of great pride and satisfaction for all of us. The amount of development and progress that the Yogi Adityanath government has achieved in the past four and half years, the SP, the BSP and the Congress party governments failed to achieve even 50% of it in its 60 years of rule in Uttar Pradesh.

• In 2011-12 our defence budget was around Rs 1,47,000 crores which in 2020-21 has gone up to Rs 4,78,000 crore. Out of which around Rs 1,35,000 crore has been kept for purchase of new arms and equipment.

• Honourable Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee was Prime Minister when he had laid the foundation stone of Atal Tunnel, but the Congress party led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) did nothing for 10 years to complete it. It was after Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji took over the work on Atal Tunnel began at a fast pace and it was finally dedicated to the nation.

• On our borders the Border Roads Organization has so far constructed 61 roads totalling around 3300 kms.  On the India  – China border the construction work on 73 roads totalling 3812 kms is going on at a fast pace. Also, construction work on 17 road tunnels totalling 100 kms is also going on at a fast pace.

• During the Congress party rule every defence deal was mired in corruption. Corruption took place in every defence purchase deal. The only policy of the Congress party government was to not clear defence deals and indulge in corrupt dealings while clearing the deals.

• Since our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji took over the work of defence modernisation has been going on at a fast pace. A total of 36 Rafale fighter planes are being added to the Indian Air Force. Also Apache, Chinook, surface to air missiles and Howitzer cannons are being added to our defence forces.

• First time the post of Chief of Defence Staff has been created, and for better coordination in defence forces the Department of Military Affairs was created.
• The demand for ‘One Rank, One Pension’ had been there since 1972, but it was fulfilled by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. In Uttarakhand over 1 lakh ex-servicemen have been benefited by the ‘One Rank, One Pension’ scheme. Till date Rs 11,000 has been spent on ‘One Rank, One Pension’ scheme which has benefited lakhs of jawans.

• No one thought of making a War Memorial to honour our bravehearts and soldiers. Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji constructed a War Memorial in Delhi in respect and honour of our Martyrs. It has now been decided to construct Shaeed Dhaam in Uttarakhand. I thank and congratulate the Chief Minister for this noble initiative.

• Earlier the hands of our soldiers were tied and they had no freedom to retaliate when attacked by our enemies. But now on our borders if anyone dares to challenge our soldiers, they are taught a lesson. It was due to the strong willpower of our leadership and vigour and courage of our soldiers that China was forced to withdraw. This is called strong and decisive leadership.

• Has anyone heard previously from the Prime Minister of our nation that ‘Pakistan has committed a blunder, and that it will have to face its serious repercussions. If needed we will give a befitting reply by entering their territory’. And this was followed by surgical strikes on terrorists.

• Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has very categorically said that we will neither lower our eyes nor stare anyone down while talking with anyone, we will hold talks on equal terms.

जिस समय 900 मीट्रिक तक ऑक्सीजन की हमारी क्षमता थी, एक सप्ताह के भीतर बढाकर उसे 3,000 मीट्रिक टन और फिर  अप्रैल में 9,446 मीट्रिक टन क्षमता बढ़ाने का काम माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के सौजन्य से संभव हो पाया. देश के विभिन्न भागों में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति जल-थल-वायु तीनों माध्यमों से की गई.

कोरोना की दस्तक के साथ ही 14 अप्रैल 2020 को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने वैक्सीन के लिए पहली टास्कफोर्स बनाई। भारत सरकार द्वारा आर्थिक सहायता दी गई, अफसरों और वैज्ञानिकों को लगाया गया। फिर 9 महीनें के अंदर हमारे उद्यमियों, डॉक्टर्स और वैज्ञानिकों ने एक नहीं बल्कि दो-दो स्वदेशी वैक्सीन तैयार करके दी.

हमने वैक्सीन मैत्री कार्यक्रम के जरिये दुनिया भर में मानवता की मदद के लिए कदम उठाये। दिसंबर तक हमारे पास लगभग 135 करोड़ वैक्सीन डोज उपलब्ध होंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने लाल किले से छोटे किसानों के बारे में जिक्र किया था और हम उनकी मदद करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं.  प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने किसान सम्मान निधि से लेकर मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड और किसान पेंशन जैसी कई अन्य योजनाओं के माध्यम से किसानों की मदद करने की कोशिश की है.

आज 1 लाख 40 हजार करोड़ रूपये प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी किसानों के खाते में हस्तांतरित किये हैं और कुछ दिन पूर्व ही, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत वित्तीय लाभ की नौवीं किश्त जारी की। इसके माध्यम से 9.75 करोड़ से अधिक लाभार्थी किसान परिवारों को 19,500 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की धनराशि का हस्तांतरण किया गया।

राहुल गाँधी का राजनीतिक पर्यटन केरल में भी हो रहा है. वह अमेठी से हार गए, इसलिए वायनाड भाग गए. प्रदेश बदल लेने से नियत और भावनाएं नहीं बदल जाती और जन सेवा और देश सेवा की भावना सर्वोपरि रखना कठिन काम है.

दिल्ली में नाबालिग लड़की से रेप मामले में आज फिर से मीडिया में पीड़िता परिवार का बयान आया है कि राहुल गांधी को इसके लिए कतई मंजूरी नहीं दी गई थी. देश का कोई जिम्मेदार नेता इस तरह की हरकत नहीं कर सकता है. रेप जैसे जघन्य अपराध के बाद जिस तरह की संवेदनहीनता का परिचय दिया गया, ये किसी भी तरीके से ठीक नहीं है. पीड़िता के परिवार के तरफ से जो बयान आया है उससे पता चलता है कि राहुल जी किस प्रकार की ओछी राजनीति पर उतर आये हैं.
