During the first wave of the Corona pandemic the leaders of Opposition parties were nowhere to be seen in the service of the people and now even in the second wave of the pandemic the leaders of the Congress party and the RJD are also not seen in the public, they have disappeared. They have either gone into complete quarantine or have gone into isolation. It is only the workers of the BJP who are engaged in social service and who are helping people, particularly the needy and poor, during the Corona pandemic.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar ji, the NDA government of the BJP-JDU combine in Bihar is constantly and continuously taking the state on the path of progress, growth and development. No industries and businesses are being set up in the state. In the 21st century the Congress and the RJD have failed miserably in fulfilling their role as a constructive and positive Opposition in Bihar.

We have seen the report of the Supreme Court appointed Committee on the medical oxygen supply during the Corona pandemic which clearly highlights how petty politics was played in Delhi on the supply of medical oxygen. During the second wave of the Corona pandemic it was the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji whose stellar effort led to increase of medical oxygen supplies in the country by as much as 10 times, while it was also ensured that the medical oxygen reaches unhindered across the country through land, sea and air.

From the PM Cares Fund 1500 PSA based oxygen plants are being set up across the country, which means that every district in the country will soon have a PSA based oxygen plant. I would like to urge the BJP workers to consider this Narendra Modi government’s initiative as their very own project and ensure that by the end of July their district gets a PSA based medical oxygen plant, it is their responsibility now.

In Bihar earlier there were 11 oxygen refilling plants which have now gone up to 119 oxygen refilling plants. During the second wave of the Corona pandemic Bihar was getting a daily supply of around 400 metric tonnes of oxygen. In Bihar currently 71 more oxygen plants are being set up to ensure that there is no shortage of oxygen during any medical emergency.

Earlier India never thought of developing a vaccine. India was never considered as a vaccine producing nation, India has always been a vaccine purchaser country. But it was under the dynamic and decisive leadership and guidance of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that India successfully manufactured not one but two vaccines for the Coronavirus and we also rolled out the world’s largest vaccination programme.

I would like to request all BJP workers, office bearers and elected representatives that from now onwards till December this year they should visit at least two vaccination centres every week and motivate people to get vaccinated so that our every booth get fully vaccinated and becomes free of Corona virus thus leading to our victory over the Coronavirus.

The Opposition parties played their petty and dirty politics in every step – from the manufacturing of the Corona vaccine to the rollout of the massive vaccination programme. They also lied to the public and misled them. But it is certain that those who are engaged in the service of humanity are getting and will continue to get the support and appreciation of the people and all those who are trying to create obstacles in it will not succeed and will face humiliating defeat.

In Bihar under the vaccination through trains initiative 839 Tika Express are being operated. On June 21, 2021 over 5.60 lakh vaccine doses were administered in Bihar. So far over 1.55 crore people have received vaccine doses in Bihar. Bihar has set a target of getting 6 crore vaccinations done in the next six months. For this I would like to give thanks to the Narendra Modi government, the Nitish Kumar government and the health authorities.

Like last year, this year too Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is providing free rations to over 80 crore poor and needy people across the country under the Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojna to help them tide over this critical period. The BJP worker should take care and ensure that no poor and needy remain without rations. You all should ensure that the poor and needy should get their free ration supplies without any hindrance or break.

There have been several leaders who just delivered empty talks about farmers’ welfare and made false promises, but the amount of splendid work and the kind of pro farmer and pathbreaking policies and initiatives that our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji have taken and initiated no one has done so much of work for our farmers in the last 70 years since Independence.

The Narendra Modi Government increased the Agriculture Budget from Rs 1.21 lakh crores to Rs 2.11 lakh crores. Under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme till date Rs 1.36 lakh crores has been directly transferred into the bank accounts of 10 crores farmers. The Narendra Modi Government has also increased the subsidy of DAP by 140% to help small and marginal farmers across the country.

On June 25 we observed ‘Anti Emergency Day‘. We all very well know how the Congress government imposed Emergency and how it shamed, demeaned and destroyed democracy in India. The BJP workers should go to the people and tell them the kind of excesses the Congress government committed during Emergency and how the BJP has worked tirelessly to save and strengthen our democracy. Also, the people of Bihar have not forgotten the ‘Jungle Raj’, the black days of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) government in the state.

By next week a module will be ready where we are going to train our 1 lakh party workers as health volunteers. At least two party workers will take the training of health volunteers in every village and every booth so that people can be helped and medical authorities can be assisted in the time of any health emergency.
