BJP NATIONAL PRESIDENT SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA ON GROSS MISCONDUCT AND HIGHLY CONDEMNABLE BEHAVIOUR OF THE TRINAMOOL CONGRESS PARTY MPs IN THE TEMPLE OF DEMOCRACY, PARLIAMENT
The Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji has strongly condemned the highly deplorable acts of the Trinamool Congress party MPs in Parliament which is the temple of our democracy. The Trinamool Congress MPs unjust and shameful acts in Parliament not only diminishes the glory of our temple of democracy but it also tarnishes the image of India internationally.
In his tweet Shri Nadda said the unruly and deplorable conduct of the Trinamool Congress party MPs against the Union Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw ji in Parliament today is against the democratic principles and conduct, and it is highly condemnable and atrocious.
The Trinamool Congress party has very old and long history of damaging and destroying the sanctity and prestige of our Parliament. To create ruckus inside Parliament, tearing papers, disrupting proceedings and stalling smooth functioning of the temple of democracy is Trinamool Congress party’s culture. The Bharatiya Janata Party strongly condemns and deplores the highly objectionable conduct of the Trinamool Congress party MPs.
The BJP National President said Indian Parliament is great temple of our strong and vibrant democracy and its every moment is dedicated to the welfare and wellbeing of the people of our country. It is the Opposition parties which are demeaning the important and significance of our Parliament by not allowing it to function and unnecessarily creating hurdles just for their petty political interests and goals. The Opposition parties are trying to disturb and disrupt India’s growth and development. It is an insult of our democracy.
It may be recalled that today when the Union Electronics and IT Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw ji was about to speak in Parliament on ‘Pegasus Project’ media reports, the Trinamool Congress party MPs along with Opposition MPs created ruckus and disrupted the proceedings and one Trinamool Congress MP snatched papers from the hands of the Honourable Minister and tore it apart.
It is a highly deplorable, condemnable and disgraceful act which lowers the sanctity and prestige of our democracy and Parliament. It is a sad day in the history of our Parliamentary democracy.
