SALIENT POINTS OF THE SPEECH OF THE BJP NATIONAL PRESIDENT SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA GIVEN TODAY AT THE JAN VISHWAS RALLY IN GARH MUKTESHWAR (HAPUR) AND BADAUN IN UTTAR PRADESH

In the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh in 2022 the grand victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party is certain. This victory will not be ours but of the peace loving and progressive people of Uttar Pradesh. It will be the victory of our dreams, it will be the victory of the progres, development, growth and prosperity of Uttar Pradesh. It will be the victory of the self respect and honour of Uttar Pradesh. It will be the victory of farmers, women, youth and people of the most backward classes in the state.

The victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh will be a crushing defeat for politics of casteism, lawlessness, appeasement and mafiaraj. Our victory will be the victory of those who follow the principal of nation first and crushing defeat of Jinnah-wadis.

Cash worth Rs 250 crore was recovered from somewhere but its pain is being reflected from some Opposition leaders. The Samajwadi Party government symbolises corruption, goonda raj, mafia raj and dynasty politics. While the Bharatiya Janata Party government symbolises honour and dignity of common people, justice and good governance for all and development and growth of all sections of the society.

The Jan Vishwas Yatra of the Bharatiya Janata Party is to reach out to the masses, while Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav is on ‘jhansa yatra’ to befool and mislead people of Uttar Pradesh. He sometimes comes out while rest of the time he is in quarantine. He takes out such yatras like mafia yatra, Yatra which reminds of communal riots and yatra where companions are mafias, criminals and goonda elements.

It is only the Bharatiya Janata Party which comes out with the report card of its government. Whatever we said, we have fulfilled all our promises. We believe and practice ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ and give government that works for the benefit and welfare of all sections of the society. While the Samajwadi Party gave misgovernance and corruption in Uttar Pradesh.

No other political party has the courage to take out the Jan Vishwas Yatra because what they promised, they did exact opposite of it, fooled and cheated people of Uttar Pradesh. Their history is not worth remembering.

During the Samajwadi Party government mafia used to grab land and harass innocent people. But under the Yogi Adityanath Government all grabbed land has been freed and all mafias and criminals are in jail. The land freed from mafias is being used to construct homes for poor people in Uttar Pradesh.

In the Samajwadi Party government led by Akhilesh Yadav Uttar Pradesh saw 700 riots and in Muzaffarnagar riots 62 people were killed. The Akhilesh Yadav government was the government of riots and lawlessness. Today the Bharatiya Janata Party government has made Uttar Pradesh a state free of riots, crime. Today Uttar Pradesh has the best law and order mechanism in the country.

During the Akhilesh Yadav government massive corruption took place in Uttar Pradesh. One of the cabinet minister of the Akhilesh Yadav government is still in jail in corruption case. As Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav failed to give utilisation certificate of the funds worth Rs 98,900. When there was no work done by Akhilesh Yadav, how could he had given the utilisation certificate. It is a clear case of loot of public money and massive corruption.

In the development of Gomti riverfront in Lucknow corruption worth Rs 1600 happened. The Akhilesh Yadav government bought 15 lakh laptops for distribution to students, but only 6 lakh laptops were distributed. Where have the remaining ones gone, Akhilesh Yadav should answer?

The Samajwadi Party government dropped cases against 15 terrorists, but our courts did not allow this. When trial took place, four terrorists were given death sentence while remaining terrorists were given life imprisonment. This clearly proves that how henious and serious the crime was. It also proves how Samajwadi Party government and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav played with the security, safety and lives of the people of Uttar Pradesh and the country.

The Bharatiya Janata Party has not come to rule or grab power, we have come to make India a global superpower, a developed and prosperous nation under the leadership and guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. We have come to power to change the life and fortune of the people of the country.

Was it possible to begin the construction of a grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya under the Samajwadi Party, the Congress party or the Bahujan Samaj Party rule? Was it possible to end the curse of triple talaq and liberate Muslim women? Was it possible to end Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir ? No , not at all. Today the work of construction of grand Ram Temple has begun in Ayodhya and it has been made possible because there is Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji at the Centre. The Samajwadi Party government did the crime of police firing on Ram Bhakts, while the Congress party created numerous hurdles in the Supreme Court in the Ram Mandir case.

Earlier our agriculture budget used to be just Rs 23,000 crore, which has now gone up to Rs 1.21 lakh crores under our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The Narendra Modi government has so far given Rs 1.60 lakh crores to around 10 crore farmers under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme and this money has reached directly into the bank accounts of our farmers across the country. Its 11th instalment will be issued by our Honourable Prime Minister on January 1, 2022. Our farmers are also getting benefitted as they have just to pay Rs 1200 for every bag of DAP fertilizer, they are getting 50% subsidy on the DAP bag which is worth Rs 2400, this has never happened before.

We talk about welfare of sugarcane farmers, but Opposition parties talk about Jinnah. Till now over Rs 1.41 lakh crores have been disbursed to sugarcane farmers in Uttar Pradesh alone by the Yogi Adityanath government. What is significant and important is that the payment includes Rs 11,000 crore dues which were pending on the Akhilesh Yadav government which were also cleared by Honourable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji.

During the Mayawati government as many as 21 sugar mills were shut down in Uttar Pradesh while 29 sugar mills were sold at throwaway prices. During the Akhilesh Yadav government also 11 sugar mills were shut down. It was under the Yogi Adityanath Government that the work of reopening of sugar mills was started in Uttar Pradesh. The BJP government did not allow a single sugar mill to close and it opened three new sugar mills.
