SALIENT POINTS OF THE SPEECH OF THE BJP NATIONAL PRESIDENT SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA JI GIVEN TODAY IN ETAH IN UTTAR PRADESH WHILE ADDRESSING THE PARTY’S BOOTH PRESIDENTS SAMMELAN

Today I am in the Braj region of Uttar Pradesh interacting with the Booth Presidents of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The media persons and the people of the country should see that this is not a public rally, but a workers’ conference of the party. The wave of growth and development is currently blowing in the entire state. And everyone can see that the Bharatiya Janata Party is going to register a massive victory in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

Barring the Bharatiya Janata Party all the Opposition political parties have been contesting on dynasty, casteism, appeasement and nepotism. While some parties do politics on the name of Jinnah while some do appeasement of casteism and religion.

It is only the Bharatiya Janata Party which does politics of ideology and implements on the ground our commitment of ‘sewa hi sangathan’. We believe in ‘Sabka Saath , Saka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas‘. We ensure empowerment and wellbeing of all communities and all citizens.

We talk about sugarcane but they (opposition party) utter Jinnah. Today the country and the state have the threat from such political forces which does the politics of appeasement. Just to grab power such political parties talk about Jinnah who is responsible for partition of our country and shun Sardar Patel who gave everything to unite our country and make a big power. I am fully confident that the people of Uttar Pradesh will seal the ‘jinn‘ of Jinnah in a bottle and will once again elect the Bharatiya Janata Party which has entirely changed Uttar Pradesh into a progressive and development-oriented state.

Under the guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji the Bharatiya Janata Party government under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji has made Uttar Pradesh a riot -free and mafia -free state. The people of Uttar Pradesh clearly remember the days when the state used to be no democracy and the state was ruled by forces that indulged in violence and corruption.

How can the people of Uttar Pradesh forget the riots of Muzaffarnagar, mass exodus from Kairana and the sad chapter of appeasement of a few. Though the Samajawadi Party has removed the faces of a few from its posters, it is worth remembering that it is not a new Samajwadi Party but it is the same old Samajwadi Party. To ensure uninterrupted growth and development of Uttar Pradesh it is imperative to keep such forces confined to their homes and it is very important to again vote the Bharatiya Janata Party into power with a massive majority in Uttar Pradesh.

Till now over Rs 1.41 lakh crores have been disbursed to sugarcane farmers in Uttar Pradesh alone by the Yogi Adityanath government. What is significant and important is that the payment includes Rs 11000 crore dues which were pending on the Akhilesh Yadav government which were also cleared by Honourable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji.

During the Mayawati government as many as 21 sugar mills were shut down in Uttar Pradesh while 29 sugar mills were sold at throwaway prices. During the Akhilesh Yadav government also 11 sugar mills were shut down. It was under the Yogi Adityanath Government that the work of reopening of sugar mills was started in Uttar Pradesh. This clearly underlines the difference between the Yogi Adityanath Government and the previous governments of Akhilesh Yadav and Mayawati. Where the intention is honest then the work is also impressive, and it has been proved by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji.

The double engine government led by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji at the Centre and Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath has led to opening of 30 new medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh and by 2022 this figure will cross 42 medical colleges in the state. Similarly, the Yogi Adityanath Government in Uttar Pradesh has given development, progress and growth a new dimension, a new meaning. There are several important examples that showcase this change. Uttar Pradesh has now become ‘Expressway State’ and there are today several new expressways which include Poorvanchal Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Gorakhpur Expressway, Ganga Link Expressway, Baba Kashi Vishwanath Corridor and Vindhyachal Corridor.

For us work and development is the way to serve the people, the Bharatiya Janata Party and its government constantly work for making the lives of people better and to built a safe and secure country. The people of Uttar Pradesh have also been benefited from the double engine government of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Was it possible to begin the construction of a grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya under the Samajwadi Party, the Congress party or the Bahujan Samaj Party rule? Was it possible to end the curse of triple talaq and liberate Muslim women? Was it possible to end Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir? No, not at all. Today the work of construction of grand Ram Temple has begun in Ayodhya and it has been made possible because there is Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji at the Centre and Shri Yogi Adityanath ji is the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

All the leaders who tried to do politics by inciting our farmers by totally ignoring the welfare and well being of farmers, history will never forget them. Such negative and divisive forces will never be able to succeed. The maximum welfare and upliftment of our farmers have happened under the leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.

Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has so far given Rs 1.60 lakh crores to around 11 crore farmers under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme and this money has reached directly into the bank accounts of our farmers across the country. Our farmers are also getting benefitted as they have just to pay Rs 1200 for every bag of DAP fertilizer, they are getting 50% subsidy on the DAP bag which is worth Rs 2400, this has never happened before.
