Salient points of speech of Hon’ble BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji while inaugurating Kanpur regional BJP Office and 7 district offices virtually

The Bharatiya Janata Party has done the journey of success from bottom to top due to the hard work, dedication and sacrifices of our highly committed karyakartas. In real terms such karyakartas are the foundation stones of our offices. I appeal to all my fellow karyakartas to keep on moving ahead, to strive hard, to work harder and to show more dedication and we have more to achieve and promises to fulfil.

Offices are the centres of ideology and culture, they are the source of promotion and propagation of ideology and principles. The Bharatiya Janata Party has so far opened 432 offices across the country. In Uttar Pradesh 62 offices have been opened so far and by December this year 7 more new offices will be constructed and opened in the state.

We all the karyakartas of the Bharatiya Janata Party are very lucky and honoured because the BJP is the only political party where an ordinary party worker can tomorrow become the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister in the country and lead the country and states. But in other political parties you have to take birth in one particular family to hold important positions.

When Honourable Shri Narendra Modi ji who comes from a very simple family can become the Prime Minister, when Shri Yogi Adityanath can become the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, when an ordinary party worker like me can become the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, the world’s largest political party, so every ordinary BJP worker can move ahead and play very important role tomorrow.

There is a basic and important difference between the Bharatiya Janata Party and other Opposition parties. The Bharatiya Janata Party believes in and practices nationalism, but Opposition parties believe in dynasty politics. The Bharatiya Janata Party believes in the politics of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’, the Opposition parties practice their own development and progress of their families and relatives. The Opposition parties do the politics of appeasement and vote bank. We work for ‘Antyodaya’ ensuring a life of honour and dignity for the poorest of the poor, but the Opposition parties work for the growth and prosperity of one single family.

Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is honestly and persistently taking all sections of the society together, working for welfare and wellbeing of each and every community. This is the ‘mool mantra’ that he has given to all of us and we have to follow it honestly and sincerely. This is the basic and the most important principle not only for India but for the entire world – to take all together as a family and to work for the welfare, development and wellbeing of everyone.

We all BJP karyakartas are very lucky and privileged to have worked under the leadership and guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who has re-established India as ‘Vishwaguru, and regained its lost glory. And, this fact we will proudly tell our future generations to come.

In the past 7 years the amount of development and welfare works that our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has done for the Sikh community, no previous governments did so much of work. It is the Narendra Modi Government which formed the SIT into the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and all the culprits were put behind bars irrespective of their political influence and stature.

Earlier even the holy ‘langars’ used to be taxed by previous governments, it was our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who made it tax-free. The Narendra Modi Government is also instrumental in getting foreign contributions for Shri Shri Harminder Sahib. It is the BJP Government at the Centre which also paved the way for our Sikh brothers and sisters to have ‘darshans’ at historic shrines of Dera Nanak Sahib and Kartarpur Sahib.

There has been a long pending demand of the Sikh community to remove names of people from the blacklist made in 1984, but no government did anything for them. It was our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji whose strong willpower and commitment led to removal of 314 names from the blacklist and now only two names remain in the list. Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji also renovated the historic Jallianwala Bagh Memorial and dedicated it to the nation in an entirely new form.
