Salient points of the speech given by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda at his welcome event in Bilaspur, (Himachal Pradesh)

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda received a grand welcome on Saturday on reaching Himachal Pradesh.

The event to welcome Shri Nadda was held at the Luhanu ground in Bilaspur. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Shri Jairam Thakur, State BJP President, Shri Suresh Kashyap, state ministers, member of parliament (MPs) and state youth presidents welcome Shri Nadda with flowers and garlands. Hundreds of people from Bilaspur and thousands of BJP party cadres also welcomed the BJP national president. Standard operating procedures for prevention of COVID were followed during the programme. The streets of Bilaspur reverberated with the Party Presidents slogan of Bharat Mata Ki Jai.

Shri Nadda is on a two day tour of the state, his first after the thunderous performance by BJP in the recently concluded assembly elections in Bihar and by-elections to 59 assembly seats across states. During his stay, Shri Nadda will brainstorm with party leaders on further strengthening BJP in the state.
