We are ardent followers of democracy, but they (Opposition parties) are supporters of ‘danga-tantra’ and they leave no chance to fuel disharmony and rift in the society. During the Akhilesh Yadav government in Uttar Pradesh there were more than 700 riots that took place in the state in which over 100 people lost their lives. We have not forgotten the Muzaffarnagar riots which started on August 27, 2013 and we also remember how the killers of Sachin and Gaurav were freed by the Akhilesh Yadav government.

The Samajwadi Party leaders are trying to hide their old faces and are coming out donning new faces. Today I want to warn everyone and clearly tell the people of Uttar Pradesh that this is no new Samajwadi Party, it is the same old Samajwadi Party.

During the Akhilesh Yadav government 15 terrorists were captured, but the then Samajwadi Party government had got them freed saying that they were innocent. Later on the orders of the High Court all the terrorists were again arrested and all were found to be guilty and were convicted. Out of these four were awarded capital punishment, while life sentence was given to many others by the court. It is a very unfortunate and sad example of dynasty politics that some Opposition parties are ready to compromise with the safety and security of our country just to get some votes and win elections.

Notably all the other parties in Uttar Pradesh do the politics of caste and religion, they tie up with anti national forces and join hands with divisionary forces that hurts India’s interests, they consider Jinnah as their ideal in place of Sardar Patel and always conspire against the country. On the other hand it is the Bharatiya Janata Party which believes in and follows ‘ Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ and works for the welfare and wellbeing of each and every section and community of the society.

The timely payments of sugarcane crop to our farmers underline the politics of development and progress of the Bharatiya Janata Party, while the base of the Opposition party is Jinnah and they have nothing else to offer. The Bharatiya Janata Party will fight elections on the issue of sugarcane by winning their trust and support, and we will defeat the ideology of Jinnah in Uttar Pradesh.

During the Mayawati government as many as 19 sugar mills were shut down in Uttar Pradesh while several sugar mills were sold at throwaway prices. During the Akhilesh Yadav government also 11 sugar mills were shut down. It was under the Yogi Adityanath Government that the work of reopening of sugar mills was started in Uttar Pradesh.

Till now over Rs 1.41 lakh crores have been disbursed to sugarcane farmers in Uttar Pradesh alone. What is significant and important is that the payment includes Rs 11000 crore dues which were pending on the Akhilesh Yadav government which were also cleared by Honourable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji.

The amount of money the Mayawati government and the Akhilesh Yadav government did to sugarcane farmers in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath Government has made much more payments to sugarcane farmers and all their previous dues have also been cleared by the Yogi Adityanath Government.

There have been several so-called leaders who claimed to have worked for the welfare and upliftment of our farmers. But the kind of work done by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji for our farmers is unprecedented, the kind of policies and programmes he has made for the welfare and development of our farmers, no leader or government has done this amount of work so far .

During the Sonia -Manmohan government the agriculture budget of the country used to be just Rs 23,000 crores, which has now been increased to Rs.1,23,000 crores by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The budget of Uttar Pradesh under Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath is also the highest at Rs. 5.12 lakh crores. The Yogi Adityanath Government has so far waived off loans of around 86 lakh farmers to the tune of Rs. 36,000 crores.

The Congress party government at the Centre waived off farmers loans just on one occasion and that too just Rs. 57,000 crores. But our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has so far given Rs. 1.55 lakh crores to around 10 crore farmers under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme and this money has reached directly into the bank accounts of our farmers across the country.

It is the Narendra Modi Government which implemented the recommendations of the Swaminathan Committee and increased the MSP of various items by as much as one -and-a- half times, while the previous Congress party government did nothing on this front and fooled our farmers. This year there has been record purchase of foodgrains on MSP and timely payments have been made to our farmers.

Today there is peace and harmony in entire Uttar Pradesh, nowhere there is any communal tension. People of the state should recall the riots and violence of Kairana, Muzaffarnagar riots and massive migration of people – this is what used to prevail in Uttar Pradesh. The Yogi Adityanath Government crushed this lawlessness and riot mechanism in the state and established the rule of law and order and strengthened democracy. Honourable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji started a new chapter of pro poor and development oriented governance and cared for the poorest of the poor. He wrote a new chapter of growth, development, progress and prosperity in Uttar Pradesh.

It is due to the inspiration and planning of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that two AIIMS have been opened in Uttar Pradesh. The double engine government led by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji at the Centre and Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath has led to opening of 30 new medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh and by 2022 this figure will cross 42 medical colleges in the state.

With the inspiration and under the guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the Yogi Adityanath Government in Uttar Pradesh has given development, progress and growth a new dimension, a new meaning. There are several important examples that showcase this change, which include Purvanchal Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Gorakhpur Expressway, Ganga Link Expressway, Baba Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, and Vindhyachal Corridor.

Some Opposition parties and its leaders did everything to defame our Corona vaccination drive and tried to befool and mislead the public. They used to call Made In India vaccines as ‘Modi vaccine’ and ‘BJP’s vaccine’, but now they have taken the same Make In India, which was developed by our scientists and doctors in record time, and are roaming around. How are they finding ‘Modi vaccine’ and ‘BJP vaccine’? Don’t worry, soon all the red caps will convert into saffron caps.

During the Corona pandemic our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji pledged that no one will sleep empty stomach and made arrangements to provide free rations to 80 crore poor and needy people. Last year this free rations distribution was carried out between April and November, and this year it’s going on since April which will continue till March next year.
