Under the guidance of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji, Uttar Pradesh has reached new dimensions in development and progress. Lawlessness has ended, law and order situation has been strengthened and the politics of casteism, dynasty and appeasement has come to an end under the Bharatiya Janata Party government in Uttar Pradesh under the strong and decisive leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji.
Whatever promises and commitments were made to the people of Uttar Pradesh in 2017 the Bharatiya Janata Party government led by Shri Yogi Adityanath ji has fulfilled all in true letter and spirit. The people of Uttar Pradesh have once again decided to give a massive mandate to the Yogi Government and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
The moment we win the booth, our victory is ensured. We have to win each and every booth. With the start of the Booth Vijay Abhiyaan, the Bharatiya Janata Party and all its workers are ready and committed to ensure the BJP’s victory in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections next year. With the blessings, trust and support of the people the Bharatiya Janata Party will once again form its government in Uttar Pradesh with a massive majority.
The Bharatiya Janata Party’s strength is its committed booth karyakartas. The BJP workers are our core strength. The Bharatiya Janata Party today has reached to this level due to the hard work, commitment, dedication and devotion of our booth level workers. We have to strengthen all our booths.
Under the strong and decisive leadership of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji in the past seven years India‘s self confidence and image have got major boost, basic facilities to our citizens have been increased, the Bharatiya Janata Party government has brought into the national mainstream all those were left untouched by development and growth. Most importantly India today has become self reliant and has learnt how to deal with emergencies and major challenges.
The Bharatiya Janata Party’s ‘mantra‘ is ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas‘. Our goal is to completely eradicate poverty by reaching out to the poorest of the poor (Antyodaya). Our religion is – Sewa hi sangathan. Our focus is – growth, development and wellbeing of villages, poor and farmers. And we also follow the principle of zero tolerance against terrorism and corruption.
In Uttar Pradesh, the governments of the Samajwadi Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress party favoured and worked for only one family. They had nothing to do with the development, progress and growth of Uttar Pradesh.
In the SP – BSP – Congress governments, the people of Uttar Pradesh were suppressed, distressed and victims while the goonda and anti-social elements were ruling the roost. Now under the strong and decisive Chief Ministership of Honourable Shri Yogi Adityanath ji all the goonda and anti social elements and corrupt people have been nailed down and taken to task.
During the rule of the Samajwadi Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress party, the poor were always considered as vote banks, but in the Bharatiya Janata Party government we have done all-round development of the poor and given them dignity and honour.
I challenge the Samajwadi Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress party to come out with the result cards of their governments in Uttar Pradesh, our booth workers are ready to have open discussion. The amount of development works and social initiatives that have been taken under the Bharatiya Janata Party government in Uttar Pradesh in the last four and a half years no previous governments have been able to achieve it.
Under the strong leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji law and order has been strengthened in Uttar Pradesh. Goonda and anti-social elements have been forced to run from Uttar Pradesh. Fear in the eyes of anti-social and criminal elements is clearly visible.
Under the Yogi government, properties of the Mafia have been seized in Uttar Pradesh while the cases of loot and dacoity and murders have been reduced by 50 per cent. The Yogi government has also been successful in making Uttar Pradesh ‘danga mukt ‘ (riot free) states.
There was a time when it was difficult to chant Jai Shri Ram in Uttar Pradesh. The Lord Ram ‘sewaks’ were used to be fired upon. The Congress party even refused to recognise the existence of Lord Ram. Nowadays the Samajwadi Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress party are doing the politics of convenience in the name of Lord Ram.
Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has set the target of making India a 5 trillion dollar economy while Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath has decided to make Uttar Pradesh a 1 trillion dollar economy. The Bharatiya Janata Party will achieve these goals with the blessings of the people of the country and Uttar Pradesh.
The Yogi Adityanath government has presented the biggest state Budget in the history of Uttar Pradesh . Before the Bharatiya Janata Party government the contribution of Uttar Pradesh to India’s national GDP was Rs. 10.90 lakh crores, while under the Yogi Adityanath government it has more than doubled and reached Rs. 21.73 lakh crores.
Uttar Pradesh has today become the second state in the country in the Ease of Doing Business rankings, which was way below the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party governments in the state. Today the Per Capita Income in Uttar Pradesh is Rs. 94,495 while earlier was just Rs. 47,116.
Uttar Pradesh has written new chapters in the field of employment generation under the Yogi Adityanath government. In the last four and a half years, over 4.52 lakh youth have been given government jobs in Uttar Pradesh, while around 3 lakh youth have got employment under various contracts. Similarly over 2 crore youths have got employment in various MSME units spread across Uttar Pradesh.
In Uttar Pradesh inter-state expressways are being constructed which include Purvanchal Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway and Ganga Expressway. Similarly three international airports and 29 other airports are also coming up in Uttar Pradesh soon. This will not only generate employment but also bring investments and industries in Uttar Pradesh.
In Uttar Pradesh two new AIIMS have started functioning in Rae Bareli and Gorakhpur. Another 30 new medical colleges have been constructed in the state. By next year the number of medical colleges will go up to 47, which will be highest in any state in the country. Similarly massive additions have been done in MBBS seats in Uttar Pradesh.
The Narendra Modi government at the Centre has done a massive increase in the health budget to improve and strengthen the health infrastructure of the country. The health budget has been increased from Rs. 94,452 crores to Rs. 2.23 lakh crores.
India has achieved the record of administering 70 crore Corona vaccines in a very short period, which is way ahead compared to countries like the USA and many other countries. In the past 15-20 days India has been successful in vaccinating more than 1 crore people on a single day on at least three days. Our government will definitely achieve the target of vaccinating 100 per cent of the population by the end of December 2021.
Honourable Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji has taken care of children who have been orphaned during the Corona pandemic by giving them a monthly stipend of Rs. 4000 to take care of all their needs including living and education expenses. I heartily congratulate and thank Shri Yogi Adityanath ji for this very important initiative.
The mission of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is to see our farmers progress and prosper for which he has announced various schemes and programmes, and one state which has been always ahead in implementing all these programmes and policies successfully, is Uttar Pradesh and all the credit for it goes to the dynamic Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji.
Under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna the Narendra Modi government has so far disbursed over Rs. 1.5 lakh crores directly into the account of over 10 crore farmers across the country. In Uttar Pradesh over 2.54 crore farmers have been benefited by the various pro-farmer policies and programmes of the Narendra Modi government and we thank the Yogi Adityanath government for making this happen.
A subsidy of Rs.1200 per sack is being given on DAP by the Narendra Modi government. The Narendra Modi government is giving the highest MSP on Rabi and Kharif crops. On September 08 itself, the MSP per quintal was increased from Rs.40 to Rs.400 on Rabi crops.
Farmers are the creators of fortune for us, whatever is necessary for their well-being; we are doing and will continue to do so. The agriculture budget of the country was only Rs.1.21 lakh crore before the Shri Narendra Modi government came at the Centre, which has now been increased to about Rs. 2.11 lakh crore.
Under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji Uttar Pradesh is ahead in 44 development schemes being implemented across the states. It is a matter of great pride and satisfaction for all of us. The amount of development and progress that the Yogi Adityanath government has achieved in the past four and half years, the SP, the BSP and the Congress party governments failed to achieve even 50% of it in its 60 years of rule in Uttar Pradesh.
Under the leadership of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the dream of One Nation – One Constitution, One Nation – One Ration Card, One Nation – One Agriculture System, One Nation – One Power Grid, One Nation – One Health Insurance, One Nation – One FasTag, One Nation – One Tax (GST), One Nation – One Exam (Common Eligibility Test) and One Nation – One Mobility Card – all have been successfully achieved.
Today, Uttar Pradesh is the first choice of investment destination. So far, more than Rs 3.5 lakh crore has been invested in the State under the Yogi Adityanath government. The economy of Uttar Pradesh has grown from Rs 11 lakh crore to Rs 22 lakh crore in four years.
